Spring is a wonderful time to detox our bodies. What we eat is the best way to clear out the toxins and rid the mind, body, and soul of the heavy energy that is no longer needed and is left over from Winter.

Greens!! Spinach, lettuce, etc.
Strawberries
Green peas
Cherries
Citrus fruits
Arugula
Carrots
Beets
Apricots
Rhubarb
To help detoxify:
♡ Eat more raw & sprouted vegetables, seeds and grains
♡ Decrease heavier foods like cheese and meats
♡ Increase sour and bitter flavors
Sour flavors:
Lemon, lime and grapefruit, Apple Cider Vinegar
Bitter flavors:
Rye, Romaine, Spring Greens, Asparagus, Quinoa, Citrus Peel, Alfalfa
