Between working a full 40+ hour week, being a good partner and friend, and keeping up with your beauty and fitness routine, you may feel summer quickly passes you by without any real enjoyment.
The days of sleeping until noon and spending a random Thrusday on the beach may be gone, but with these tips, you can still be a #bossbabe and take full advantage of the warm weather.
♡ Wake up early: Waking up even just one hour earlier has it’s benefits. Use the time to go for a morning run, spend time in your garden, or enjoy an iced coffee in the morning’s calmness.
♡ Bike or walk to work: If you live within walking or biking distance to work and the weather is right, take advantage of it!
♡ Lunch, wisely: Find a park bench, a cool beverage, and have yourself a midday picnic! Once a week, eat out somewhere with a patio.
♡ Maximize your weekends: Summer weekends aren’t meant to be on the couch! Make a list of everything you want to do this summer and schedule your weekends around them. Clear 85 degree day? Calls for the beach. Too muggy with a chance of rain? Head to the museum. The weekend is also the perfect time for an overnight beach town excursion.
