The start of a brand new year is the perfect time to practice better beauty habits. This year, I vow to:
– Sleep 8 hours a night
– Take better care of my hair with frequent masks and treatments
– Become less reliant on foundation
– Keep the skin on my body exfoliated and moisturized always
– Explore more facial exercises
– Take care of my hands (tell-tale sign of how old you are)
