Bell pepper:
1 bell pepper is equivalent to 600 percent of your daily Vitamin C requirement. It will help slow down the aging process and fight collagen depletion.
Cucumber:
To reduce fluid retention, have 1/2 a cucumber. This water-rich food rehydrates and rebalances your body, releasing extra water.
Pineapple:
Have 1 cup of pineapple for gorgeous hair. The nutrient vitamin B6, which supports healthy hair growth, is found in this tropical fruit. I’m not much of a pineapple fan, but this gives me a little incentive to have it more often.
Watermelon:
Watermelon contains lycopene, an antioxidant pigment that helps defend against UV damage. A cup of watermelon will help to guard against the sun’s rays.
